Q. How Do I Know Which Level Swim Class to Take?
Q. What Should I Bring to Class?
In general, 2 towels, bathing suit, and a smile are all that’s needed. (Little swimmers under three years must wear DOUBLED swim diapers (2 layers). We suggest that students with long hair, tie their hair back or wear a swim cap for their own comfort.
We will provide training aids, and pro-grade goggles for use during class. However, we do recommend swimmers consider having their own goggles. While we do not sell goggles, we are happy to share links to the goggles we currently use and recommend!

Q. Where Can We Change Clothes?
Our pool facilities have restrooms available for changing. However, as a time-saver, many parents choose to have children wear their swimsuits under their clothes so when they arrive, they are ready to begin class.
Q. When Should I Arrive at the Pool?
Please arrive ten minutes prior to class to your first class in order to judge your travel and preparation time. After your first week, use your best judgment as classes start promptly as scheduled.
Q. May Parents Observe Swim Lessons?
Parents are able to quietly sit poolside during lessons. We ask that parents consider sitting slightly away from the immediate area where instructors are working in order to minimize student distraction. Please not engage our instructors in conversations while lessons are in progress; thank you for your understanding. Attendance in the pool area is limited to no more than ONE adult spectator per family at a time in the pool area. Siblings are allowed to attend and sit quietly.
Q What Happens if the Pool Closes?
We will make every attempt to contact you in advance if a class session is canceled due to inclement weather or unexpected pool closure. If classes are canceled by the Aquatics Academy, you will have the option of a credit or refund for that class.
Q. What About “Snow Days”?
