Jackie Phillips
Program Director & Master Instructor

Jackie is a certified Red Cross Swimming & Water Safety Instructor and  Lifeguard. Additionally she has been teaching scuba diving full-time since 1990. In 1995, she achieved the elite level of PADI Master Instructor and also holds a certification as a PADI Master Scuba Diver trainer. Her instructor-level certifications include the agencies: NAUI, TDI, SDI, and DAN. With a professional background in fine art photography and film, Jackie also enjoys teaching Underwater Photography programs. Other specialty instructor certifications include Wreck Diving, Enriched Air Nitrox, Dry Suit Diving, Oxygen First Aid, Underwater Naturalist, and Peak Performance Buoyancy as well as Open Water Diver programs for the Deaf and Hearing-Impaired. In addition to instructing full-time, Jackie is an avid New Jersey wreck diver with over 1,400 dives logged locally and around the world. She has issued hundreds of certifications throughout the course of her career and is the recipient of PADI’s award for “Recognition of Excellence” and a NAUI award for “Outstanding Achievement”.
